It is important for customers to receive advance notice when Idaho Power crews or contractors plan to interrupt that service. To ensure proper customer notifications and the sub-transmission and distribution systems are operated in a safe and reliable manner, electrical interruptions must be planned with the regional outage coordinator (ROC).
