- No cash payments are accepted at these locations.
- Enclose your billing statement and your check or money order in the pre-addressed envelope provided.

To find a pay station location, enter your address on the Western Union location finder.
- To send a payment through a Pay Station, you will need the following information:
- Your 10-digit Idaho Power account number (bring a copy of your most recent Idaho Power bill).
- Your phone number (for your Western Union profile and to access your account).
- Pay stations have a maximum payment amount of $5,000.
- If the amount you are paying exceeds this amount, you may need to make multiple payments.
- Pay stations accept cash payments only.
- Your payment may take up to three days to process.
- If you’re making a payment to reconnect service, or in response to a reminder or disconnect notice, contact Idaho Power at 208-388-2323 or 1-800-488-6151 with your payment receipt number to ensure continued service.
