Located near Bliss Dam.

Bliss Park is a large, grassy day-use area with shade trees and a heated restroom. This is a popular place for bird watching, fishing and boating throughout the year. The rugged canyon scenery is impressive.

The river access has a large turnaround and parking area with a non-motorized boat launch.

The Bliss reservoir boat launch area includes boat docks. There is an accessible pathway and picnic tables. The restroom includes a changing room.

Day use is free. Amenities include the following:
