What’s Happening at Twin Falls Park?

The lower section of the park, including the boat ramp, is closed while Idaho Power upgrades the road to two lanes and builds a new access stairway from the park to the boat ramp area.

Work is expected to be completed in December, weather permitting. We appreciate your patience while we make these important safety improvements.

Description

Located two miles upstream of Shoshone Falls Park, off Falls Avenue. This is a day-use, 10-acre park with a reservable picnic shelter. The park is open daily from 8 a.m. to dark.

Day use in the park is free.

  • Viewpoint with interpretive panels

This area is also the take-out point for the Murtaugh Reach, a popular Class IV whitewater reach of the Snake River.
