Together with representatives of local governments and environmental agencies, business leaders and community stakeholders, Idaho Power develops and periodically updates Regional Electrical Plans to help determine where to build new transmission lines, substations and associated equipment to meet customers’ future needs. West Central Mountains Electrical Plan Final Report
