National Apprenticeship Week is November 14-18, and Idaho Power is celebrating with an open house!
Hosted at Idaho Power’s Skills Training Center in West Boise, the Apprenticeship Open House is open to middle- and high-school students who are interested in learning about everything an Idaho Power apprenticeship has to offer. Parents, teachers and counselors are also welcome to attend.

An apprenticeship is a great first step to a stable, rewarding, high-paying career. Recent Idaho Power apprenticeship graduates also have the opportunity to earn an associate degree in Applied Technology from the College of Southern Idaho.
Idaho Power offers three pre-apprentice and eight federally registered apprentice-level programs that all require three-to-four years of paid, on-the-job training before reaching a journey-level position.
