Idaho Power’s Shade Tree Project encourages homeowners to plant trees to help shade their home, reduce energy use by up to 15%, and improve local air and water quality.

For a limited time, Idaho Power residential customers in Blaine, Camas, Cassia, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka, and Twin Falls counties are eligible to receive up to two free shade trees.

Enrollment is now open! Eligible customers can reserve their free shade trees by completing the enrollment form found at idahopower.com/shadetree. A limited number of trees are available for the spring offering, so sign up now!

Several species are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Participation is limited to two trees per address for the life of the program.
