Idaho Power will do our best to avoid disconnecting residential or commercial customers’ service for nonpayment on these days:
- Any day customers are under a level 2 or 3 wildfire evacuation notice or order
- The day after a level 2 or 3 wildfire evacuation order has been lifted
If your power was disconnected for nonpayment within 72 hours of a wildfire evacuation occurring, you can request that Idaho Power restore your service once the evacuation order has been lifted. Idaho Power will do our best to reconnect your service as soon as it is safe and practical.
