Outage Preparedness Open Houses

We’re hosting outage preparedness open houses throughout our service area, including a virtual event in English and Spanish. We hope you’ll join us to learn about prepping for outages and what we’re doing to keep our communities safe. We’ll also be sharing information on how we’re getting ready for wildfire season and working to reduce fire risk in our communities. You’ll be able to chat with Idaho Power experts about:

  • Outage preparedness—how to plan for your unique needs
  • Our wildfire prevention efforts—what we’re doing to strengthen the grid and keep communities safe
  • Public safety power shutoffs—a proactive outage to help prevent fire during extreme weather
  • Tools to help you manage your account and stay informed—including our app and outage alerts
