Megan RonkMegan RonkEconomic Development & Innovation Director
Ada County and city of Boise
Megan Ronk was named Director of Economic Development & Innovation for Idaho Power in January 2018. Before joining Idaho Power, she enjoyed a 16-year career in state government and public policy, most recently serving as the Secretary of Commerce for Idaho Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter. In that role, Megan led economic development activities for the state, including business attraction, retention and expansion, international trade, tourism and rural-development initiatives.
Megan serves on the Board of Directors for Mountain West Bank; on the Board of Trustees for the College of Idaho; on the Board of Directors for the Boise Valley Economic Partnership; and as a Commissioner for the Idaho Commission on Human Rights.
Megan is a recipient of the Idaho Business Review’s Accomplished Under 40 award and received the Idaho Women of the Year award in 2015, 2017 and 2019. She and her husband are also the busy parents of two young sons.

Johnny Anderson is the Economic Development and Innovation Advisor for Idaho Power. He has over 18 years of experience with Idaho Power in various roles, including compliance, power supply operations and load and resource balancing operations. Johnny’s diverse company experience creates opportunities for the Business Innovation and Development department to conceive and promote company and customer solutions.

Paris Dickerson is an Economic and Community Development Advisor with Idaho Power in the Idaho Capital region. In this role, she works with economic development organizations to attract, retain and expand business in Idaho Power’s service area.
Paris has spent her career helping businesses find new growth opportunities while providing economic benefits to the community. Prior to joining Idaho Power, she worked for Idaho Commerce as a Business Attraction Specialist, the Idaho Department of Agriculture as an International Trade Specialist, and at First American Title as an Escrow Officer and Business Development Representative.
Paris is an Idahoan by way of Montana. She and her husband are the proud parents of a young son.

Amber PerkesAmber PerkesLocal Area Energy Advisor
Blaine County; Camas County
Amber Perkes serves as Local Area Energy Advisor in South Eastern Idaho. Amber is responsible for managing local government relations, fostering business/community development activities and supporting growth of economic development in the region. She operates as an energy advisor providing technical expertise and strategic solutions to resolve complex and sensitive issues for all customers throughout Blaine, Camas and Lehmi Counties. Amber advises on energy usage, energy efficiency programs, and proper application of rates, tariffs, rules and regulations. Before coming to Idaho Power, Amber served as a director for a non-profit in Hailey and in various positions in government and the non-profit sector.
Amber is a trustee on the Blaine County School Board, and volunteer with the Valley Chamber of Commerce, Carey Picabo Chamber of Commerce and NAMI Wood River Valley Advisory Board. She previously served on the Girls on the Run of Southern Idaho Board, Idaho State Bingo-Raffle Advisory Board and Little Wood River Library District Board.
She is an Idaho native who is passionate about mental health and fitness, loves spending time with her two sons and doing anything outdoors, including trail running and jumping in on a game of hockey when time allows.

Dylan MartinDylan MartinLocal Area Energy Advisor
Valley County
Dylan Martin serves as Local Area Energy Advisor with Idaho Power in the West Central Mountains of Idaho and has been with the company since 2014. Dylan is responsible for managing local government relations, fostering business/community development activities and supporting the growth of economic development in the region. He operates as an energy adviser providing technical expertise and strategic energy solutions to resolve complex and sensitive issues for all customers throughout Adams, Idaho and Valley Counties. Dylan advises customers on energy usage, energy efficiency programs, and proper application of rates, tariffs, rules and regulations. He has a broad background in construction techniques and efficiency opportunities making him a knowledgeable source of information for all industries.
He has a long history of living and playing in Idaho’s West Central Mountains where he has grown up skiing, hiking and fishing the area.

Nathan MurrayNathan MurrayEconomic & Community Development
Bannock, Bingham, Cassia, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka, Power and Twin Falls County
Nathan Murray is an Economic and Community Development Advisor for Idaho Power in south central Idaho. In this role, he works with economic development organizations to attract, retain and expand business in Idaho Power’s service area.
Nathan previously served as the Director of Economic Development and Urban Renewal for the City of Twin Falls where he oversaw business recruitment and expansion efforts for the city which had roughly $2 billion in capital improvements since 2012. He also worked for 15 years in a neighboring state in city planning and economic development. Early career accomplishments include the redevelopment of a 200 acre former U.S. steel site into an industrial park for light manufacturing, recruitment of $50 million in business investment around a municipal airport, and creation of the city’s first Economic Development Strategic Plan.
Nathan and his wife Sherry are the parents of twin and triplets. Their first family car was a 29-foot stretch Lincoln Continental Limousine.

Mike YbarguenMike YbarguenEconomic & Community Development
Oregon Service Area; Adams, Canyon, Owyhee, Payette and Washington County
Mike Ybarguen serves as an Economic and Community Development Advisor for Idaho Power in western Idaho (west of Nampa) and Eastern Oregon. He has more than 40 years of experience with the company, including time as a power plant auxiliary equipment operator, sales/energy management representative, team consultant, district manager and community relations representative. He works with economic-development organizations to attract, retain and expand business. Recruitment successes in recent years include Syngenta Seeds, Fresca Foods, Pre-Fab Logic (modular buildings) and AFC finishing systems. He also facilitated a new Can–Ada substation adjacent to the College of Western Idaho. Mike previously served in the United States Navy on a nuclear-powered guided missile destroyer.
Mike is an Idaho native, raised on a dairy farm in Wendell. He is married to Sherry, and between them they have 10 children and 37 grandchildren. In their free time, they enjoy biking and camping.
