The water level at Twin Falls Reservoir will drop about 18 inches Monday night, Feb. 12, to allow a routine annual dam inspection by Idaho Power on Tuesday. Once the survey is complete, the reservoir will refill by Wednesday, Feb. 14. Visitors to Twin Falls Park should use extra caution in or near the water.

Idaho Power inspects all of its dams on a regular basis to ensure the safety of customers, employees, and the electrical system. Some dams are inspected on a biannual rotation while others are surveyed annually.
