Your Photo at Idaho Power’s New EV Charging Station Could Win a Campground Stay

Idaho Power is taking their support of EVs and a cleaner future a step further with their recent installation of a Level 2 EV charging station at Copperfield Park in Hells Canyon. This new charging station adds to the quickly growing network of charging stations across the Northwest.

The company’s charging station and park are open for public use. Visitors can enjoy the area’s water, picnic tables and scenic beauty whether they are passing through or staying overnight at one of Idaho Power’s campgrounds.

The company is holding a photo contest for a free two-night stay at an Idaho Power campground. Enter by taking a photo of the new charging station at Copperfield Park and submitting it to, or posting on Idaho Power’s Facebook page, by June 1. Terms and conditions apply. Full rules can be found at

Learn more about Copperfield Park and about the benefits of EVs, including zero emissions, up to half the cost to fuel and less maintenance, on Idaho Power’s website.
